BananaKlip warehouse operations are conducted from LA, California USA. Although we do our best sometimes the delivery service or customs can hold up items. These delays are out of our control. During Christmas ordering season there are always delays so please plan accordingly during this time. We appreciate your patience. Tecmo-Bowl Shirts does not guarantee shipping delivery times, these are the responsibility of the carrier.
The Shopify and PayPal Payment Gateways were selected to protect you the customer. Your personal details will not be utilized more than completing the transaction and shipping your item. As far as your credit card, it is protected in that we do not take your Credit Card details on the Tecmo-Bowl website. Once your cart is full you are sent to PayPal to process the final payment. At no time does Tecmo-Bowl process your details or have knowledge of your Credit Card details. For further security, our Site holds an SSL security certificate as required by Shopify.
Tecmo-Bowl ships to the USA only. Please inquire if you would like for us to ship to you internationally. You will be responsible for shipping costs once calculated.
BananaKlip shirts are made to order with DTG printing. So we can not accept a return if the shirt doesn't fit. The only way for us to process an exchange is for you to show image proof that shirt was damaged upon arrival to your mailing address. You must report this claim within 48 hours of receiving the shirt and must take a picture of the damaged or misprinted area of the shirt. It is best to take the picture then circle the damaged area with an editing app on your phone for us to clearly see what you are referring too. -Returns and Refunds-
Please notify us of your order hasn't been delivered within 15 business days. We do not accept returns or refunds except for when the customer can prove that the wrong item was shipped to them or the item was ruined during transit. At that time we will conduct an investigation to assure all parties are left happy. Exchange or replacement: If you receive a product that is defective you may contact us within 5 calendar days from the date of purchases so that we may address the issue promptly.
